Group & Camp Lessons

Ages: All

Group volleyball lessons are classes which teach all of the skills needed for the sport of volleyball. Additional classes are offered which are skill specific including Hitting, Blocking, Serving, Setting & Passing clinics. These are done in a group setting and coached in a volleyball camp style format.

Strength & Conditioning

Ages: 12-99 Years Old

Strength and Conditioning is led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers. This sport specific program will strengthen the athlete according to their position. We work on correcting muscular imbalances and improper movement patterns to reduce the risk of injury. We work on core strength, rotator cuff strength, balance, coordination, hip power, and joint stabilization. We focus on what matters. Individual and Group options available.

Speed & Agility

Ages: 12-99 Years Old

Become faster on the court! In this class we work on speed, agility, reaction time, and proper running mechanics. Led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, this class will guide you through a specific program taking your athleticism to the next level. Reduce your risk of injury by correcting inefficient and improper movement patterns that slow you down on the court. Individual and Group options available.

Increase Vertical
Fitness Increase Vertical Training

Ages: 12-99

Reach over 10 feet! Increasing your vertical takes far more work and programming than simply performing box jumps and squat jumps. A nationally certified personal trainer will work with you on the three components that directly affect your vertical reach - Central Nervous System, Explosive Power, and Strength. We focus on jumping, as well as, landing mechanics to help reduce your risk of injury. Individual and Group options available.
